- USDT and RUBY Tokens: Developers will be rewarded with a combination of USDT and RUBY tokens. This dual-token reward system provides immediate monetary incentives (USDT) while aligning developers’ long-term interests with the success of Ruby Chain through RUBY tokens.
- Tiered Rewards: We believe in recognizing and appreciating your efforts at every level. The program offers different tiers of rewards, ensuring that your contributions, regardless of complexity, are acknowledged and incentivized. What Is The Tier Reward System?
Bronze Tier
- Eligibility: Minor bug fixes, documentation improvements, small feature enhancements.
- Reward: $50 USDT / 500 RUBY Tokens
Silver Tier
- Eligibility: Medium complexity features and substantial code contributions.
- Reward: $500 USDT / 2,500 RUBY Tokens
Gold Tier
- Eligibility: A complete MVP with substantial code contributions, or development of new tools or modules.
- Reward: $1,000 USDT / 5,000 RUBY Tokens
- Description: This tier is for contributions that have a substantial impact on the Ruby Chain ecosystem, demonstrating high technical proficiency and innovation.
Platinum Tier
- Eligibility: Creation of widely-used applications with comprehensive security measures.
- Reward: $2,500 USDT / 20,000 RUBY Tokens
- Description: This tier is reserved for major contributions that significantly advance the Ruby Chain ecosystem, showcasing exceptional skill and dedication.
(Note: The RUBY token reward is reserved in the Developer Adoption Program, following the vesting schedule of 0% for 3 months after TGE, subject to 24-month monthly linear vesting.)
(Note: In order to receive the RUBY token reward, all eligible applicants must be recognized by the Ruby Protocol Review Committee and demonstrate a consistent workload with Ruby Protocol and Ruby Chain. The final right of explanation goes to Ruby Protocol and the Ruby Protocol Review Committee.)
